New Faculty Orientation — 2002

Over 80 new faculty attended the University’s New Faculty Orientation on Thursday, August 22. Following welcoming remarks by Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor James V. Maher, School of Medicine Associate Dean Ann E. Thompson, and Vice Provost Andrew R. Blair, participants attended sessions focusing on resources to support instruction at the University. Chancellor Mark A. Nordenberg addressed deans, department chairs, and vice provosts who joined new faculty at a luncheon in the Alumni Hall ballroom.
