Photography and Electronic Imaging strictly observes copyright laws. Any requests for copying or duplication that are not covered by the fair use provisions must be accompanied by a letter of permission from the copyright holder. Our outside vendors for some of these services adhere to an even stricter standard will not allow fair use duplication, requiring letters of permission for any copyrighted material.
