The
Learning
Technology Consortium was initiated in 1998 by University
of Pittsburgh Vice Provost Robert Pack as a collaborative of institutions
with common interests in applying technology to enhance teaching and
learning.
The nine members of the consortium are Indiana University, Notre Dame
University, University of Delaware, University of Florida, University
of Georgia, University of Pittsburgh, University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill, Virginia Tech University, and Wake Forest University.
LTC representatives meet semiannually at a member campus, on a rotating
basis. The University of Pittsburgh has hosted LTC meetings in April
1999 and in November
