• Provides professional audio and video support for meetings of the Board of Trustees, University Senate, Senate Council and Faculty Assembly.
• Provides support for a wide variety of other high-profile University events, seminars and conferences on campus
• Coordinates the efforts of other campus media support organizations to ensure the best possible service for patrons
• Provides consultations to help patrons choose the most appropriate equipment and services from both on-campus and off-campus sources
