Pricing Policies

  • Friday to Monday rentals will be charged as one day.
  • Payment by cash or check must be made in advance.
  • Exact change is required for payments made in cash.
  • Checks must be made payable to "University of Pittsburgh".
  • A valid University of Pittsburgh ID must be presented at the time of any equipment pick up.
  • Any materials returned late will be subject to a late fee.
  • Departments within the following academic centers are eligible for the "Academic Rate". This rate applies only for instructional support events that do not charge an admission fee. Please note: There is NO CHARGE for classes.
