On Sept. 5, join the Global Business Institute for a day of faculty development opportunities.
The faculty symposium will be headlined by Dr. Michael Woolf, Deputy President for Strategic Development of CAPA, as he presents his thought paper on issues of volunteerism versus service learning. Following his presentation there will be a roundtable discussion with all in attendance.
Lunch will feature an address by John J. Christian, CAPA CEO, as he discusses the contributions his company has made to global education and why this new partnership will be a unique program for the University of Pittsburgh.
We’ll conclude the day with a faculty workshop led by Christi Hunter, President of Global Competence Consulting, as she’ll lead us on the Global Competence Attitude Assessment.
